Goings On

This is what I've been up to.

Among other things, I've been scanning old photographs before my sisters and I split them up.

One of these fellers is my maternal grandfather. Since my grandpa was born in 1894, I suppose this was taken around 1906-1910.

I wish I could remember which one, and now my mom is not around to ask. Funny how you think you'll get around to these things, like labeling old photos and writing down family history and such.

But, I love this picture and can't imagine how - with taking photos not being an everyday affair - this is the pose chosen for this photo op. Hilarious!
