More Master Bedroom Examples

(This post is for my architect. A picture is worth...oh,you know.)
I found some more photos of master bedrooms that have a good spacious feeling.

This one seems to be about the size you are thinking:

(I'm sorry I don't remember where I saw this lovely photo)

I can't find the other shot of this showing the length of the room.

Cleaning up my act

(This post is for our architect.)
So I do like a good old Texas Farmhouse. High ceilings, crown moldings, big old Texas sized baseboards.
But I keep moving toward cleaner lines. I can't do this yet:

Nor this in my kitchen. Though I think it's beautiful, and if I had 2 houses, I could do it.

But I really like this look, with the reclaimed sandblasted wood floors, no baseboards, metal windows etc.

And here's a kitchen that is kind of eclectic I think?

Another pretty white kitchen, with marble, but I don't care for the furniture feet and turned columns on the island. I do like the clean white look with the simple arched window, medium wood floors, polished chrome fixtures.

I think I like to mix it up, and I'm really drawn to these steel windows and doors I've been seeing a lot.

And I really like the juxtaposition of the straight lines of the architecture and the upholstered pieces with the ornate fireplace and gilt frame.

Master Bedroom Closet Ideas

(This post is for the architect.)
Now, if my closet looked something like this, it would be fine with me to walk through it all day long!

I believe this is Oprah's

Master Bedroom Ideas

(Post for the architect.)
Here are some pretty spaces, though it's hard to tell the sizes of the room.
I know the first one is too large, but love the feeling of SPACE. Not crazy about the cove (or whatever it's called) ceiling.

This one is also too large, but I can imagine it with 6-8' off of the longer side.

Here is the same room, showing the seating area.

This seems to be a good size. The ceiling helps. It's beautiful.

(oops can't remember where I borrowed this photo)

I think this is a good size, though the furniture arrangement is awkward.

Cote de Texas blog

Can't tell what size but it seems spacious.
(can't remember which blog)

This seems big, but has too much furniture for me, so hard to tell.
Velvet and Linen blog I think
Seems spacious, probably due to the wall of glass!

(don't know where I got this photo)

This kitchen is really beautiful.

Kitchen Ideas - Doors to Great Room

(This post is for our architect.)
This photo shows a kitchen opening to other rooms with wide openings. I like the feel of this.

New Kitchen

Kitchen #1
(This post is for our architect.)
From the blog: For the Love of a House
This is an old house conversion and added onto, I think.
This is a beautiful spacious kitchen that has a lot of work space, long counters, windows, and finished that I like as well, but we can talk about those later.
