Boston is Smart

Boston reputedly has over a quarter million college students.
Looks like somebody's thinking.
Sanitary Door Handle Tissues.
Nice.
Maybe some day they will figure out how to envelope every surface in the bathroom before each use with a sterile sanitary biodegradable ultra thin paper (or vegetable) product. Use toilet. Flush. Wash hands. Dry. When you exit and close the door, a mechanism is tripped which sucks the entire cover down a vacuum/drain in the floor. A new layer is applied (blown in?) Ready for the next user.
Or
They could hire people to clean more often.

What I saw the next day

Harvard's Arnold Arboretum

The oldest arboretum in North America
Designed by Frederick Law Olmstead. Yes, that's right, the father of Landscape Architecture. He also designed Central Park in Manhattan and Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

View toward Leventritt Shrub and Vine Garden

A swell pink Rhododendron selection
If I made up fake Latin names, would you know?
So, Rhododendron pinkshrubulata

A purple really beautiful shrub
Lavendereolata shrubulacea, perhaps?

Our purple fluffy friend again

Super sweet white blooming friend
or, better known around these parts,
Whiteum bloomingshrubulus

Turning 180 (150?) degrees from the Leventritt Shrub and Vine Garden, I saw this:

Lovely purple tree
Lovelyus purpleus

And lovely purple tree with lovely family of 3 visiting with me

You should visit, too.
Even on a cold rainy day.
Definitely worth the soggy socks and shoes.
